2. Legal basis

3. Automatically generated routines

The app generates your routine automatically from your answers, following criteria based on scientific evidence on strength training. This does not produce legal effects or significantly affect you: it is a suggestion that you can freely change at any time (swap exercises, sets, rest times, etc.).

The app's recommendations are for guidance only and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a sports professional. If you have an injury or a health condition, consult a professional before you start.

4. Data processors

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (Supabase Inc.), using infrastructure located in the European Union. Supabase acts as a data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR and has its own security measures and standard contractual clauses to ensure your data is protected. More information: supabase.com/privacy.

Emails with the verification code are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc.), which only receives your email address and the content of that email in order to send it. Resend acts as a data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR and, since it may process data outside the European Union, it does so with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. More information: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not share or sell your data to any third party for commercial or advertising purposes.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active.
