How to delete your account
Trainetic is a strength training app developed by Alejandro Cuéllar Borges. This page explains how to delete your account and the data associated with it, whether or not you have the app installed.
Option 1 — From the app
- Open the Trainetic app and log in.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when asked.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: you don't have to wait for anyone to process the request.
Option 2 — Without the app installed
If you don't have the app installed or can't access your account, email us at traineticapp@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, saying that you want your account and your data deleted. We will process the request within 30 days at the latest.
What data is deleted

We do not keep any data after the account is deleted. There are no additional retention periods: once deleted, the information cannot be recovered by you or by us.
